Day 2 of challenge
I think i did well even tho today was a busy day and i hope this is how i will continue for the next month!!!

Day 1
Last month i had been going to the gym 4 to 5 times per week and after i had gone for a 5km walk but i havent been consistent with what i ate one day i would eat healthy and the next i would eat too much junk, in the end i gained almost a kg, now it is time to set more challenging goals for me in order to lose weight for the next month
1 there will be no cheat meals
2 no sugar in my diet
3 no process food
4 3 lt of water
5 going 5 times per week to the gym

Today is my first day in this app. i started losing weight in the beggining of this year. i have to lose 60 kg in total. I dont have an issue going to the gym but i need motivation to keep on track with my calories.
