I enjoy watching noir films and interested in improving my health so I have decided to watch what I eat and how much of it I eat on a daily basis and also during the week. I am trying to eat healthy foods more so than unhealthy foods, and reduce my meat intake and replace it with healthy grains, vegetables, fruits and more water throughout the day. That is me. I don't follow any diet plan. I try to drink a healthy shake with oatmeal, fruit, almond milk, honey and some protein, at least five out of seven days a week, in the mornings, and if I ate badly that day, I will have a shake for dinner and substitue water for the milk. I have also incorporated low impact yoga. I dont have much flexibility yet, so I'm trying to be a little more flexible at first with the yoga, by doing streching exercises and dance.
