How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weight myself every other week. But I'm not as concerned about my weight as long as I am losing inches.

I gained three pounds since I woke up today
Instead of worrying about the weight, take some measurements or a picture and only focus on the inches coming off. Many people will lose inches before the weight actually comes off. Also if your working out more you could be gaining muscle. In a given day your body will fluctuate 5lbs a day depending on what you have been doing/eating/drinking.
