Flax Seed Oil
Lose-B4-40 I found the best way for getting the flax oil down. Just after I finish my breakfast I pour a shot glass of flax oil while blocking my nose, then i immediately get my anti bacterial mouth wash and start gargling it. The anti bacterial mouth wash has a really strong flavour so I never taste the flax.
