me started working out 10 days back n loose about 1 kg
n i want to loose some more. me doing three days running, cross trainer n lil bit abdomen exercises.
n other three alternate days, light weight 18 reps weight training.
any more suggestions.. i want to maintain shape n want my weight to set at 70
