Reading a book called switch which talks about how to make changes. It recommends small changes because people only have so much willpower. I just barely stopped drinking cafeine. It's taken three months to taper down to nothing.

I read a book called Brain over binge. It was written by a bulemic who stopped binging after she realized that she was bingeing because she was listening to her primitive portion of her brain that was programmed to keep her from starving. This had been triggered when she dieted as a teeneager. The continual bingeing turned in to a habit. She was able to stop bingeing when she realized she could listen to the urges, but not need to act on them because she had another part of her brain that was higher functioning and it controlled her actions. All she had to do was stop acting on the urges and the neural pathways that had created the habit slowly disappeared. It became easier and easier. I have used this today and think it totally works.

I stopped counting calories for a while during the easter break. I really miss it. i haven't felt good.
