I am a 29 year step mom of 5 young children under the age of 10. I work 6 days a week from 8:30 am til 6:30 pm. I gained an extra 25 lb after starting a new family & becoming a mom of 5. yikes. i realized it's hard to work out & eat health with out help. My children (including their father) refuse to eat veggies or fish. So when I do decide to eat healthy I always feel like im making many different dinners. I need help on how to mange exercise, with work, & 5 kids & mangeing food for 7 in a healthy way
