I feel blaah,I eat around 1200 cal.each day,built in a little workout in plus walk every day for more then an hour,so I should feel great,but I guess one day without coffee is beating my butt. I m not ready for being without my beloved coffee.

walked over 10.000 steps in the morning,did 20 Squats,20 side leg raises each leg and ate only a kids portion of cheerios, I'm determined.
