Hi!
Well I put my starting weight at 185 pounds but I really started my diet and exercising on January 9th and I started at 201 pounds! Yikess! I got weighed at the doctor's and I was embarrassed. I never thought in my whole life that I would reach the 200 pound mark but I did. It definitely motivated to lose weight. I am not some lazy inactive girl who never exercises. I'm actually very athletic and have played softball, basketball, soccer, and cross country since I was very young with soccer being my main sport that I played throughout middle and high school and now just leisurely in college. The problem is I love to eat! LOL that's why I could never stay skinny even with the working out I did from games and practices. Some people might tell me that my diet is too extreme because I'm only eating 1,200 calories a day and trying to do low-carb and basically low everything minus protein and healthy fats. But I feel like I've been eating a lot of food though since I eat healthy low-cal foods, I'm still getting a lot in. I drink nothing but water and the occasional fat free milk with my cereal or slim fast shake. I'm actually used to this diet already although it's only been a month. I love seeing the results and I always feel guilty if I don't work out one day. I shouldn't because I know by body needs rest and a full recovery day since I do a lot of running but I just can't shake away the guilty feeling. But anyways, since now you know a little about me and my diet and exercising stuff, I'll just post about every other day stuff about my work outs or how I'm feeling, etc. :D
