I lead BootCamps, teach heated power yoga, group x, and cardio classes. It's taken me a while to accept my new highly active body with all its amazing muscle, curves, and contours! I do my utmost to stay on track with diet for my own energy maintenance and for my community of students, mentors, and peers. The better I do, the better teacher I can be! I think it's important to stay positive, allow for healthy indulgence, and find balance - even though I stopped drinking, I can still go out and dance with friends, and even though I go to bed early, I can still make time to visit with family.
