Feb 12 - got up early, got on the treadmill for 30 minutes, did some yoga and some meditation - maybe only a few minutes, but I lit a candle, lit some inscense, sat on my cushion and closed my eyes. It felt really really good :)

Today I started on the plan to achieve my 2013 weight loss goal of 42 pounds. I got up early, which is very difficult for me. Got on the floor on my yoga mat for 15 to 20 minutes and then got on the treadmill for a full 30 minutes. Plan is to do this at least 5 times a week.
