p90x round 2 week 7. This is recovery week. Trying to incorporate a little more cardio activity to stimulate fat loss. Today was a 2 mile run, monday 1 mile. I think for this week I will alternate 1 and 2 mile morning runs. Felt really strong run on both days and even sprinted the last half. I have plyo to thank for that. On phase 3 I will cut back to 2 mile run 2 days a week. Hopefully I can see some awesome results even if I don't hit my weight goal.
