I am using wraps and drinking more water then anything else and if anything else its zero calories. Also taking in no more than 140 mg of sodium in things. Also drinking a glass of wine nightly.
I am also going to be starting zumba, insanity, hip hop abs, mama wants her body back and treadmill workouts.
