Today's happenings:
- A little bit stressful today.
- Didn't exercise at all.
- Chose to go to mall instead of Civic Center event. Spent 2 hours walking around the mall.
- Did not binge!
- 6 cups water consumed.
Tomorrow's goals:
- No binging!
- Log 10k steps.
Drink 8+ cups of water.

Today's happenings:
- Calm day overall.
- Slight hiccup at the end of the workday. Steps were taken to attempt to rectify the situation. Will see results on Monday.
- Had a delicious dinner that allowed me to eat a bit more ice cream than planned. The new ice cream was superbly delicious.
- Did not give into temptation and devour the (expensive) hot chocolate or chili or cookies offered at tonight's event.
- Only two cups of water were drank today. Need to work on drinking more!
- Nearly three cups of peppermint tea was consumed.
- Today's lunch was very unsatisfying and did not suffice.
Tomorrow's goals:
- No binging!
- Log at least 10k steps.
- Drink 8+ cups of water.
- Stretch for 5 minutes in morning.
- Attend Civic Center event.

Todays happenings:
- Calm day overall. Forgoing technology proved to be immensely helpful in decreasing stress levels.
- Work passed without any untoward events.
- Discovered a new brand of low calorie ice cream which will be tasted tomorrow.
- No food was consumed after 4pm.
- 8 cups of water were consumed.
- 3 cups of yummy Earl Grey hot tea were consumed.
Tomorrow's goals:
- 5 minutes of stretching in the morning.
- Walk for a minimum of 30 minutes regardless of weather.
- Log a minimum of 10k steps.
- Attend downtown parade.
