I am a mother of two children after I had them I stop exercising and take care off myself. But this summer I decided to go back and take care of myself and body. I exercise at least 3 times a week I do kickboxing and watch my eating.
I am too young to have any joint paint and no energy for my children. Now that I do exercise I feel with energy and I watch my food intake.
