I raised my calories to 1500 from 1200. With me working out more, I feel as if 1200 calories may be a little too low. I am still on track with my workouts. I haven't missed a day so far. My body is super sore but luckily tomorrow is a stretch day.

I didn't track today. Spent time with my boyfriend since he got a day off this week. We went four wheeling and spent some time with a friend. I did manage to get in another T25 workout (Total body circuit) in even though I didn't want to. Man, I am going to feel that workout tomorrow.

I have to get my butt back into gear. I had WAY too much candy yesterday. I want a Reese's so bad but instead I had peanut butter. I have made it too far to screw up my hard work with Halloween candy!
