Total of 62 pounds lost since first of year. 15 pounds to go. I was a whopping 277 pounds and for a 5'7" person I was obviously considered "obese". I will be classified as "overweight" at 190 pounds. To no longer be considered "overweight" I would need to get to 159 pounds or less. I'm not certain that 160 is achievable for me....
Really thought if I could get to my goal of 200 that I would be happy. 15 years ago I was at the weight that has been my set goal and sure I wasnt skinny, I've always been heavy, but my stomach was pretty flat and I was pretty comfortable with myself...however as I get closer to my goal I realize that I will not look like I once did. My stomach is still far from flat and I am not even close to satisfied with how I look.
Been looking at charts for my ideal weight and they range from 125-165...no way I will even consider 125 but 165 or so might be satisfactory for me...once I reach my first goal I will decide where to go from there. I am feeling pretty damn good right now though...a loss of 62 pounds has been HUGE for me. I feel better! I haven't been this weight in 15 years.
My clothes are pretty baggy on me but I just can't bring myself to spend money on smaller ones yet...I just hate to spend the money and need to buy even more and smaller ones in a couple months.

LCHF...had a heck of a time for awhile not having bread. I love breads. Found these and they are awesome!! 8 total carbs, 4 net carbs. i use them for sandwiches, hamburgers and roll ups.
