Wow, so I added everything I ate for breakfast and it's a little heart breaking to see that what I thought was a healthy breakfast was full of fat :( I will def try to do better w/dinner. I need help/advice on portion sizes!!

I went to the doctor yesterday for an increase in my Celexa. Boy was I shocked to find out I've gained 15 pounds. I now weigh what I did when I DELIVERED my son. I am really depressed about it, and my husband isn't being supportive. He's just making light of it and "joking' w/me a lot. I don't take it as joking though. Well I am going to try to loose some weight yet again. I never thought I'd be a "fat chick" but I am. I am 5' 5" and 215 pounds. I didn't feel that big. When I'd see myself in the pics I took @ family BBQ's I would say "oh that's a bad angle ther... I look fat". Truth is, I AM fat. I am going to do something about it though!!!

OK so I have fallen off from recording my entries here, but I haven't fallen off of trying to loose weight. I am going to start this journal up again & hopefully get some positive results!!!
