I have changed my diet from weight watchers to atkins. I tried this diet before and did well, its just so hard to get started but I did and I will stick to this one again. My weight was wrong when I did my weigh in. I assumed it was the same but it wasn't. I ashamed to say instead of 195 it is 200. I have to get that down. Good luck to all!
