With my lap-band, I don't tend to eat well because I can't swallow good. What happens is, I'm in a hurry and I know I can't eat anything healthy because there is a chance I may throw up so I end up eating candy or chips. These are things I can swallow well. Not good for me at all.. I am at the point now where it's causing a problem with me being tired and getting sick.
What I have promised myself that it's not healthy or pure, I don't eat it. I have started however, drinking a high protein shake with adding only whole foods (Non-Processed) peanut butter, along with a banana. This protein drink is a slow release protein drink which is much better for my lapband and is keeping me full longer. It's not that I'm hungry really, it's more that I'm stressed and eating junk that's doing this to me. I have packed a zuccini in my lunch box with a greek yogurt for later this afternoon. Can't eat much like I said so I have to keep it smart. I am determined to drop another 20 lbs here soon and start feeling a little better.
