Halleluiah!!! 3 lbs in 5 days!!! And I didn't starve myself either, so I know it's actual fat loss. I've been eating healthy, doing lots of cardio and weight training, and even some P90x workouts in addition to my workouts at the Y. I'm so happy...thank you Jesus!
I know it's a small victory, but I'm seeing the finish line, the war of my weight batle being won! May the good Lord give me the good health, strength and motivation to keep on keepin' on!

Got up early this morning and hit the Y for my cardio & weight training. Very happy with myself that I have been getting in very good workouts...often two a day. I've also started the p90x a few days ago and I am aching from head to toe...oooh it hurts so good!!!
