I am a single mother of twin girls who are now 9 years old. I have been struggling with my weight since the tender age of 16. I conquered it through the age of 19 and then got back off track, had children and have never seem to get a hold on it. I am now 33 years,I want to settle down with a nice man, but I don't feel like i'm ready mentally until I get a hold on this weight of mine. I started out at 294, have lost 12 pounds leaving me at a whopping 282, and my goal is to get under 200 pounds.
