well i am still frustrated and fighting every thing i know to stay on this point system i find my self looking everyday for new and better ways to eat fat free and higher in fiber and still taste good. well so far i found out that i can make my own food and still be way under my points as long as i calculate my points correctly and i stay away from high fat foods. Man that means no more coleslaw dogs...:(
