I actually had lost more weight and was down to 153-155, however, over the last year I have gained 10-15 pounds. I would like to get back where I was but not being crazy over it. Just want to be healthy

Portion control, eating lots of fresh veggies and fruit. Cut back on bread, rice,pasta, cheese, except feta as I do use that. Try to take walks as much as possible.
