Hello Everyone,
I hope all of you have had a great week. My visit with the kids was so nice but is always bitter sweet when I have to give them back. There were lots of hugs, walks on the beach, shopping, my daughter and I got our nails done. I can't wait for July 4th and I will have them for 8 weeks in the summer.
Now for FS business... I have decided not to weigh myself for a few weeks. I know it will take awhile for my body to get back into the swing of things. I am sure I have gained a lot of water weight with all the salty foods I ate. Believe my by tummy has not liked me the last week, I can sure tell I have been eating terrible, I feel just blah. Time to get back in the swing of things.

Good Morning,
I wanted to thank everyone on the support given on my last journal entry. All of you are such a blessing. I am awake early, with the time difference it feels like it is 2 hours later than it actually is. Oh well it gives me a chance to write my 8 page paper for English that is due on the 6th.
I hope each and every one of you have a wonderful weekend, that you find peace in the midst of life's storms. That you know that each of you have a purpose and a great destiny, that you were put here on this earth for a reason, at this time. Keep striving, keep reaching for your goals. YOU ARE WORTH IT. Don't give up.

Good morning everyone, I am going to be gone for a week. I am going to see my kids, not counting cal (well I am sure I will do it in my brain) and no weighing in, just fun, tons of hugs, the sand and birthday. ps...been so er for 4yrs 10mo. today. Blessings to you all. He has risen indeed!!!
