I've never had to watch my weight or what I ate. I was always really active in high school and collge. But my last few semesters were really tough, so the activity level dropped and snack attacks during final study sessions earned me a college degree and 10-15 extra pounds. I just cannot get rid of these extra pounds! My roommate suggested the Fat Smash Diet so we are giving that a try. Wish me Luck!
