So today I went to see my mother and she actually said that I was looking skinny!! This is a huge compliment coming from her. This is the reason why, I watch what I say to my own children. Here I am an adult and yet her good and bad words still affect me. This goes to show words have an effect on someone.. good or bad it's up to us to decide how we want to handle that. Yesterday the landlord pissed me off!! I asked him to fix something around here and he complained and said there's always something that needs to be fixed and I am costing him money!!! I was so upset that I wanted to go out and get me a fat burger and fries!! But then I decided I wasn't going to let this man ruin my diet and my day!!
Anyway, here is a pic of me.. 4/11/2013.. weighing at 137 and I am 5'3.

So today my daughter weighed herself and it turns out that as of today I weigh 2lbs more than her!! :) Of course she's like 5'6 1/2 and I am like 5'3.. not only to mention she is 15. So the weight doesn't look bad on her at all. She knows she at a healthy weight. I tell her positive things everyday about her appearance. I do not say the negative things my mother used to say to me at that age. Anyway the same with my son. I know some men are insecure with their weight too!! My son is only 11 and he has lost a lot of weight due to his medicine. So I told the doc to lower the dose. I sure hope that helps! I even bought him some Ensure. I try all kinds of foods for him to gain weight..
TGIF everyone!! I have this headache today but, realized my daughter sprayed the whole bottle of perfume this morning!! lol

Today has been a hot and windy day!! Been so busy today and then I had a late lunch. So now I am wondering if I should eat a light dinner. Its kinda late now for it hmm maybe I will eat some veggies!! So far I have noticed that I have lost 6lbs since I started my challenge. So I guess im losing at a decent rate. Wish it was more though. Good night all!
