I have reduced my weight by 15 pounds over the last 4 months by changing what I ate and what time I eat. Also I am off some medication that was causing weight gain. I also stopped drinking pop/diet coke.(I still have a couple of cans of diet rite a week) but I am weaning myself off that also! I have not paid that much attention to what kind of food with the exception of sugar. I tend to give in to temptation just before my period. (pms)! I am tired of being unable to enjoy things I used to. I am not confident and it is affecting all aspects of my life. I was at this weight 5 years ago and lost it all in 4, months! It was an irrational diet. I started gaining weight again 2 years ago and have gained it all back now. I was steroids twice in that first year and it definitely had an effect on my appetite! I am looking to change my life for body, mind and soul! This is it!
