136 with my adidas on. Just a guess on the actual weight. I will up my protein and veggie intake, watch my carbs and sugars and start back up doing cardio. I should include some intermittent fasting as well, just probably not every day.

4 lbs less than Greg, that's a plus. He says he's going to try and bulk up more, I should probably cut back on my protein to lean down better

I had a very large breakfast. I still fasted 15 hours though I believe. And I did both the Friday and cardio workouts for week two, go me!

I do seem slightly more toned in the stomach area as well, which is really nice. I had no shoes on.
