I have been counting calories since Jan 1 in a sort of ramp-up to the Tax Season Slim Down Challenge I joined that starts tomorrow, and I have to say that in just 2 weeks my skin looks incredible! Better than it has looked in 2 years. My ob-gyn had asked for me to lose weight in an effort to naturally reduce the amount of testosterone in my system (which was causing my acne and a myriad of other issues). I have only lost a couple of pounds thus far, but the change in how I feel and my skin is enough to keep me motivated, at least for now! Also, went food shopping yesterday and had ZERO craving for salty snacks...and it has been a LONG time since I could bypass the potato chip aisle!!
