I spent the afternoon taking care of some one. this means I got to eat at 10 pm not to good . And I ate KFC . I had no skin and no breading , no biscut . I did have a serving of mash potatos and slaw . Not what I really wanted . I haven't been to the grocery store. Looks like I should plan better.

Looks like today is not gonna be my best day . I didn't have much in the house for breakfast, so I whipped up my first smoothie. Nonfat yogurt and frozen peaches and splend , not bad . I blew it though when I was job hunting I was starving !!!!!! The fresco bean buritto was good and it counted 7 points a piece and I was real hungry , so I had two . Looks like a protein and fresh veggies for dinner . lol

I have been very busy doing stuff for others , however I still have included taking care of me in the mix . I did weigh in monday and lost 7.2 lbs . Man I was so proud of myself for the first time in a long time . I knew I could have done better . As I struggle with my weight I struggle with a desire for alcohol. It seems to be the biggest comfort food I have . Comfort from all stresses, worries, fears . It just makes every thing better , I do not drink every day , I used to , But I made sure I could get my beer in on my points for the weekend . What kinda crap is that . When I did good I realized I could do better.I will try harder this week .

I went to my meeting last night and was pleasantly surprised to have lost 7 lbs. I know I could have done better but I am happy and motivated . Lesley

I survived day one on my weight watchers plan . And it wasn't that bad . I stuck to my points and came up under the radar . I am really looking forward to the new lifestyle change . It feels good to be in control .
