Rjenkins, great post. Thank you!
You really do have to ask yourself, is it worth it? You are working so hard and doing so well.. is it really worth that extra piece of whatever? Don't let the food over power your will to loose weight and better yourself. & yes, I absolutely have to agree with what everyone above has said. Journal, journal, journal! Keep a food diary so you know what you've eaten and you are accountable for what you're eating. Jot down the caloric intake of the foods so you know where you stand.

I have a question for everyone.
A number of things have helped me loose my first 20 lbs, but I've got a lot left to go!
Counting calories, WORKING OUT at least 5x a week, keeping a food diary and workout log, sleeping well, and drinking A LOT of water... also wonderful and supportive website communities like FatSecret & Calorie Count!
