Today is the first day of my new life, errrr or something like that... I know i am supposed to say something totally deep and mind blowing, but the situation is exactly what it is... I am a fatty and need to drop LBS. Serious LBS (that's pounds).
Ok so I have my buddy Edward "el Piojo" to thank for this endeavor. Who knows... maybe tracking what I eat will do me some form of good, who really knows. I do know i have to be truthful in what i eat because it all starts there. I am what i eat and right now i am about 40 fat, 40 protein and 20 carbs. That my friends is the equation of death because i am not burning enough to warrant that type of eating style.
Only thing I am eating for right now is stress in my job, and i know this... yes yes knowing is half the battle, calm down G.I. Joe, but i know that means nothing if i don't choose to break out of this rut and get motivated.
Goals, what are they and why? Here they are: PoOm!
a.) 1/2 Marathon within a 9 to 8 min mile pace Dec 2010
b.) Ride in a 24 hour MTB (Mountain Bike) race Oct 2010
