Hmmm. I guess I was wearing heavy clothing this morning. I weighed myself this afternoon, and I was 136 in the nude. I changed my weight back to 139 then.

Woke up thinking I had lost weight. I thought I looked thinner. Gained the stupid pound back (stupid chocolate cake, lol). Oh well. Tomorrow is another day.

Have been really hungry lately, but yesterday I started jogging again. That seems to curb my appetite. I didn't have time to do it this morning.
Sorry I've been bad about touching bases with my Fatsecret Buddies. Pretty hectic lately. I hope to be able to relax soon. :)
