I think I ate too much today.
Breakfast: 2 pancakes, sugar, syrup, cinnamon, blueberries. Tea with sugar.
Lunch: Salmon, french fries, corn.
Dinner: Mac and Cheese, hot chocolate and marshmallows.
Delicious, but the scale will be disappointing tomorrow...
