I've been MIA for a few weeks. Luckily I haven't gained any of the weight back but I haven't lost any more either. I haven't been watching carbs at all either so I guess I'm pretty lucky. I lost 15 lbs. on induction last time, so I'm going to try it again and hopefully I can drop more since the weather's warmer and hopefully I'll be more active and burn more off than in the colder months being cooped up.

Finally dropped a few more lbs.-- what a relief to get past that plateau.

Man did I screw up yesterday! Only 2 net carbs for dinner (and I ate a lot) and over 19 for lunch since I made chili for my daughter and I couldn't resist having some with her. Oh well, another lesson learned.

Still at 215. I've heard of other people plateauing after induction, I guess I'm doing the same. I'm actually still staying around 20 net carbs, definitely less than 25, so I guess I'll just stick with it and hope the lbs decide to start coming off again soon. At least I'm not gaining :)
