Hi, my name is Laura and health and fitness have always been a preoccupation for me over the last couple of years. I've been trying to figure out what to eat, what exercises to do and how to reach optimum results. Its all been based on trial and error by putting the information I would learn to the test. So far, I've learned that my preference for exercise is weightlifting, since I find it fun and I feel like it empowers me to be able to control all that weight with my own strength. As for nutrition, I've learned to focus on macro-nutrients, and more or less know when is the right time to eat each to get the most energy and benefits out of them. It's a little hard since I am a college student with a tight schedule but I am trying my best and trying different ways to find the best method that'll work with my schedule.
