I was sure I broke 170lbs...after not wieghing for 3day. Turns out I gained some weight. Has to be muscle so am not worried. I feel stronger and faster!!

Going to hit the gym after work for some upper body strength training and core workout. My LEGS are completely sore from yesterdays circuit training.

I should probably watch my dinner choice more closely.
I had some buffalo wings yesterday nite... so delicious!!!

Weigh-in: 172.6 lb

lost so far: 5.4 lb

still to go: 17.6 lb

Diet followed 100%

2 hours of conditioning/pad work yesterday.
Ask me what's sore? better yet ask me what isn't!!!

Feeling good! Gonna have a bigger dinner today. extra carbs.
Today is intense conditioning and weight training. Going to need the energy.

Feeling good today, Slightly sleepy but looking forward to some intense workout after work! New goal stay Under 100g of carb p/day.
