Had a right mess of a week!! :( spent a few days at mates uni which included a lot of alcohol & unhealthy foods. only a 1 off but gained 4 lbs. so basically starting from scratch again today.
this weeks goals are to reduce the amount of fat, sugar & salt intake, and get back to the gym 3 times per week. oh and drink plenty of H2O!!
