Day one of my trying to loose weight.
- good points:I did not eat any chocolate or sweets which is a plus for me
-bad points: did not have time to jump rope and no push ups today
I only had 2 meals breakfast and a big dinner and really late too - at like 730pm and it was indian food.

Ok so starting tomorrow I am goign on the Banana diet.
Here are the rules if any one wants to join me :
Sample Diet Plan
Breakfast:
One or more bananas (as many as desired until full)
One glass lukewarm water ( at least 15 minutes to 30 minutes after eating the banana)
Lunch:
Meal of choice
Afternoon Snack:
A small sweet snack is allowed around 3pm if hungry
Dinner:
Meal of choice but must be eaten before 8pm
No dessert
go to bed before 12 pm .
