We ate out at Papi's Cuban restaurant tonight for my MIL's birthday. In addition to what I recorded, I ate a couple of bites of cheesecake and a couple bites of bread. I don't know how to record that on here or how many points it would be. So, I will just chalk them up to my flex points for the week.

Wahooooooooo!!! I wish I had found this website a month ago when I started dieting. My total loss since January 2 is 5 pounds! I finally lost 2 pounds this week. It had been being a pound a week. But I also figured out that I had been using too much coffeemate and not counting those points. Maybe that will continue to make a difference.
I am happy with 5 pounds in a month :)

I just entered in a Smart Ones Fettucini Alfredo lunch and it came up as 6 points! The package says 4 points. I figured out that the person who had originally entered it put the wrong calorie count in. I edited it :) I bet she entered the amounts for the Chicken Fettucini Alfredo.....
