Buddies Needed for Low Carb Weight Loss
One other thought: You can eat out AND be satisfied. One of my favorite places to go is Outback Steakhouse. I eat 4 oz. of the Prime Rib with the house salad (hold the croutons) with Ranch dressing, and mixed vegetables. The next day, I've lost a pound or so! Just make sure you can withstand the pressure of the bread!!

Buddies Needed for Low Carb Weight Loss
It does seem overwhelming and ambiguous to start. However, the website is a HUGE help. Use their suggested menu for the first two weeks to get started and see how it affects your weight. Unfortunately, I seem to gain weight if I look at a carb. But I've learned to use their protein bars every 3 hours, and it made a huge difference in my weight loss. Not to mention, I feel like I'm eating candy bars and M&Ms all day! I've lost 45-50 lbs since August 30, 2014. So be of good courage. It does work.
