Kind of annoyed with myself because I used a tablespoon of flour in a recipe. I realize it doesn't actually put me over my carb limit or anything, but together with the frozen vegetables it nearly does. Guess I'm eating mostly bacon and beef today!

Today is cheat day! I honestly can't think of anything that I want that's outside the diet.
A mango lassi might be nice, but most of the ones available from restaurants around here aren't tart enough for my taste. Maybe I could make one myself? It would be quite a bit lower in sugar if I did!
