I am 35 yoa and have struggled with my weight most of my adult life. I have a wonderful husband and 3 great kids, 2 of them are a set of twins. I love most sports, baking and belly dancing. In my younger years i was always built bigger than every one else-standing 5'10 1/2" and about 165-170 in high school-and thought i was a little over weight but looking back, i wish i was that size again.I played sports in school and was able to maintain. I actually went on my first diet in college(body wise program) and starved. This was my 2nd year after my twins were born. Now i have found hope again. I believe God made LA weight loss just for me and it is he that sent me there. I like to eat, so naturally this program works for me as i get to eat all day and the foods i like. By Hollywood standards I was fat, but the older i get the more i know better. Hollywood is a fantasy land and i have to live in the real world and still look good as i am on my way back to my high school weight and better health. I was out of control. This journey has been a positive spirtual experience as i neared 300 lbs I knew this was not pleasing to God nor my physical health. I am blessed to have found something that works for me and the support of my family.
