Whew! Totally avoided that sweet tooth last night. Took persistence, but it paid off. Also looking at my calories after that latte helped too:).

Bought a scale last night! It seems I lost about 3 pounds, however that could be the difference in time of day, plus weight of clothes...either way, it's nice to see :). Now I'll be able to weight myself every Monday morning.
----added later:
I weighed myself at the gym in the evening, and it was 131 (with clothes)! That means I really did loose about 3 pounds! Yay! I guess I was trying to 'set my expectations low' so that I would not get too excited and then be wrong. So I was taking away that awesome feeling I should have gotten when I first saw the scale go down. I need to stop doing that and let myself be happy in my accomplishments.

Yesterday was my last day on the Fast Track of the Skinny Chicks program. The past week went well. It wasn't that hard. I even survived 2 days of desserts sitting in front of me without caving in.
Today was a little tougher, knowing I 'can' have processed carbs again, makes it a little harder. I had a half a pancake earlier, and decided this afternoon to make my Carb a cookie. It was SOOO good, however I forgot about the fat in the cookie-whoops.
I know I'll find a good balance this week. I think I'm going to try another week with the Fast Track guidelines-or at least close to them. I want to slowly start incorporating GOOD, processed carbs (no cookies or pancakes-hehe). But I'll still eat most meals with the non-processed carbs.
We'll see how it goes. We're also going to buy a scale today, so I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning and see how it goes.

Yes! I was a little shocked looking at the scale last night, it was right after I ran on the eliptical and drank a 16 oz Protein Shake, so I expected the weight to be the same if not a little HIGHER. Nope, I lost a little over a pound! Yay!
Now I just have to make sure that it was FAT I lost and not MUSCLE. :)

Yay! Today went great. I chewed a piece of gum to send away the cravings. Worked like a charm. Dinner-oh was it high in calories. Yummy though. I couldn't turn down the hash brown casserole, roll with jam, or the chocolate creme pie. It was an event after all. Luckily, my calories aren't that much higher than they should be (17XX instead of 1600), and I'm not hungry, so I probably won't need to eat again.
I'm also drinking the detox tea. We'll see how it goes :)
