man it really looks like i eat a lot when i write out bite by bite what i had that day.
i'm really surprised that i didn't eat a single piece of halloween candy, or cupcakes or cookies, and pigs in a blanket that are sitting in my kitchen tempting me.
i keep walking in to the kitchen, look around and remind myself i don't need that stuff and get back to watching tv or disctact myself somehow.
yesenia and i went running today. or for me, jogging really slowly, i think at least 2 1/2 miles. not sure. but still felt good especially after working 8 hours on my feet all day.
getting back on track is seriously difficult! but i'm trying!
