WOW, I just ate the biggest cheat meal - ever. But I actually don't feel so terrible about it now after reading many forums comments about cheating every once in a while. To break it down for you, I ate at Uncle Julio's Rio Grande restaurant tonight for my 22nd and my friends 21st birthdays. I order the steak fajitas, thinking "this will be perfect so that I can make my own food and not have to worry about eating everything." Well, I was wrong. I started out fine - I made one fajita, only ate one tortilla, a portion of the meat, and majority of the vegetables, and no rice. So I packaged the rest of it. There should have been tape on the package. By the time we are done chatting, the waitress has brought us an order of sopapillas on the house, I have a couple and retreat to my water. We continue talking and I sneakily reopen my bag and start eating a little, then more, then the rest of my meal, including 4 or 5 more sopapillas. Oh, and on top of that I had a glass of merlot. So basically, I think in total that one MEAL was about.... 1600 calories?? Who knows really. 4 tortillas, about 5oz of steak, a bunch of veggies, at least a cup of yellow rice, 5oz glass of red wine, a little guacamole and salsa, and about 6 or 7 of those damn sopapillas!! I'm never going back there again hahah At least I've been doing some really good training so this obviously won't really 'set me back'... but I am definitely still stuffed and its been over 4 hours lol wow, someone make me feel better about this PLEASE! haha thanks :)

I have to remind myself each and every day not to get discouraged when I cannot make it to the gym because I have to realize that I am walking majority of the day, between classes, doing 'rounds' in my building as RA, and other repetitive walking activities. I get discouraged because I use this application so to a T that when I see the red arrow pointing up in my total calories, it makes me sad :( is that just sad? lol

I can't wait to get back in a gym. It's been 3 weeks... WAY too long in my opinion. Glad to know that I do in fact have a stress fracture on the base of my third toe... This gives an answer to the chronic swelling of my ankle for these past few weeks. Now I just need some treatment so I can get back to work. I'm itching to get back to the weights!!
