Been too busy to get on here and record anything!
It's not helping me much.
Working a lot this week so I'll be getting in a lot of pool time.. and I'm riding my bike for an hour after dark for extra burnage.
My weights still staying up though. I can't seem to get it to budge. At ALL.
Off to work!

I'm grumpy and disappointed and angry with myself.
I had a bad food day, I refuse to even record it. I swam very little because of my anxiety being so bad, and my weights gone up again.
I've been an emotional wreck and it's sabotaging my ability to stay on track. The boyfriends coming over and we're going on a bike ride in a bit. Last night I spent an hour yelling at him out of frustration over myself, so it's surprising he's even talking to me right now.
Ugh! Shitty shitty day!

I'm tired.
I swam 30 minutes at a pretty good pace at work today. I didn't bring enough water though and I'm slightly dehydrated. I feel pretty shitty. I'm going on a bike ride after it cools down tonight. The wonderful 95 degree humid Texas weather isn't exactly mid-afternoon exercise friendly. Unless you have a death wish.
I caved into some doritos today.. which is my fave snack food of all time. Feel kind of bad about it but I'm working it off. Otherwise foods been pretty healthy so far.
We'll see how the rest of the day ends up.
If I can wake myself up from the nap I'm about to crash into righttt abouttt now.

I gained a pound since yesterday, which of course can be a number of things.. I think I'll say water weight considering I'm used to drinking loads of Diet Dr. Pepper instead of water.
Bleh.
Hopefully weight starts coming OFF instead of going ON
