OK not the best week to start. But... there is never a perfect time, you have to deal with what life gives you. I decided it was time to recomite to exercise and be more careful of what i eat. I did OK with the exercise, but went out of town for the long weekend, and did't want to care about the food side of it and it shows on the scale. I'll do better next week. Also didn't weigh in on my own scale, don't know it that makes a difference. (I hope so, this scale could be a little higher than mine at home.)
