Hello
My goals with this site is to loose weight; I used to weigh 50 kg but I've just been going through some really bad times and ended up isolating myself at home; stopped exercising and beginning to binge heaps and heaps of food every day. Just today I ate two bowls of bran flakes, two bananas and half a loaf of white bread and more... and that was just in the morning! I have completely lost all sense of meals and just find it hard to stop eating when I've begun. To compensate I try everyday not to eat anymore for the rest of the day but of course it never works out as I planned.
That all has to stop now. As from today I will a) eat three meals a day b) eat healthy except for friday c) begin to work out again a minimum of 4 times a week
